To copy food from the current day to another day, us the "Copy" and "Paste" command on the Remote control (below the "Save" and "Save as" buttons). First select a food or several food with the drag-to-enclose method. Once a selection has been made, the "Copy" command becomes available (brightens) and can be clicked to copy selection. Now use the calendar to bring up another day, click the "Paste" button to place food on the table.
The same procedure can also be used to copy or move selection within a meal-plan, or to copy a plan's selection to the table or from the table to the plan. Note that if you are accessing the commands on the Remote control, they refer to food on the table, where as accessing the same commands on the Meal-plan screen, they apply only to the plan.
